Sourcing Quality Engineer

JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

1、Take leading role in product onsite inspection to achieve quality objective - zero quality defect on delivered products.

2、Summarize the problems found in inspection and communicate with suppliers to make improvement plan and follow up the implementation of corrective actions.

3、Evaluate supplier performance by using key performance indicators (KPI) and communicate the appraisal result with quality supervisor and category leader.

4、Work with internal customers & quality supervisor to define Quality Control Plan for product onsite inspection, and review/modify QCP regularly to avoid any quality risk.

5、Support quality supervisor and category leader in potential supplier qualification and new product / reference development.

6、Support quality supervisor to deal with 3rd party audit.

7、Support quality supervisor to audit on suppliers’ process control and quality system to ensure the validated process and system are still being respected and avoid change of the process without notice.

8、Help category leader to respect promised delivery schedule to internal customers.

9、To keep an eye on our competitors’ sourcing activity in CHN and make report of competitors’ follow up sheet every month.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1、22-35 years old

2、Bachelor degree or equivalent, majored in technology, in foundry area will be a plus in particular with molding and coring study or pattern shop experience.

3、Minimum of 2 year experience in quality relevant position in JV or WOFE.

4、Good command of English, at least in writing and listening.

5、Be open, proactive and hardworking.
