responsibility

1、Defines a project approach to ensure customer and company business strategy success.  Provides critical and constructive guidance to customers, steering them towards a long term vision for success.

2、Responsible for project management of new product development projects.

3.Responsible for quality lab and capability to run test equipment

4.To ensure that adequate labour is available on a daily basis to meet the plant quality control requirements and technical development  requirements. Provide the necessary guidance to the QC on-duty technician and production operators.

5.To ensure that the Quality Control & Quality assurance demands of the plant as agreed with the Production supervisor, Plant Manager are being met.          

6.Ensuring that the Manufacturing Processes are carried out according to instructions agreed with the Plant Manager and Production Supervisors.

7.To maintain the site Quality management system and liaise with group Quality Manager ensuring plant and Corporate goals are met with the aid of efficient and effective procedures.

8.Ensuring that all test records are maintained according to procedures specified within the Quality System.

9.Lead New Product Launch process and Ensuring that all test result are recorded according to procedures specified within the Quality System.

10.Prepare New Product SOP and train MSP operator to ensure NPL successful according to Specification and Application performance

11.Development of new and making improvements to existing products and processes.   Reporting progress to Plant Manager and all appropriate persons.

12.Analysis competitive products, testing of alternative raw materials and reporting according  to the documented procedures.

requirement

1.Bachelor degree or above in chemical related major.

2.Minimum 15-20 years of rubber masterbatch product development, operation and QC systems management experience in rubber industry (Automotive, tyre or rubber)

3.Material, rubber, chemical and related engineering background

4.Strong operating knowledge of laboratory equipment and test procedures, as well as processing equipment and manufacturing process.

5.Masterbatch Product & Process technical knowledge

6.Product regulatory knowledge (DG material, GHS & etc)

7.Chemical raw material knowledges

8.Ability to set up product development lab

9.IATF 16949 knowledges (VDA quality audit tools)

10.Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and train other personnel in quality related topics      

11.Have good psychological quality and ability to deal with emergencies, and have the ability to analyse and deal with problems independently.
