Operation Controlling

Implement / enhance Operation Controlling reporting/cost analyzing

Report on financial performance of relevant plants / mines with regards to operational goals and plan on a monthly basis.

Work with plant / mine managers on required actions to drive financial performance.

Lead annual costing activities in relevant sites.



Ensure the accuracy of production costing. Provide root cause analysis for production variances and drive corrective actions when applicable.

Support investment projects. Lead pre- and post-project controlling.

Implement and coordinate relevant financial control and reporting procedures.

Location: Changshu Plant

requirements ：

University (Bachelor’s Degree) in Accounting / Finance is preferred, or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years costing experience in a manufacturing environment, SAP knowledge, English speaking capability

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of computerized business systems.

Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good computer skills (MS Office – especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent command of both oral and written Chinese and English are required.

Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial.
