Key Accountabilities Accounting Analysis Assist senior accountants in collecting, processing, and reporting monthly financial data for assigned companies. Provide support in accounting and reporting for bank debt and interest accruals. Prepare bank account to general ledger balance reconciliations for bank accounts. Participate in monthly TFM reporting with reconciliation to financial reporting.

preparing financial statements and reports including budgets, costing, statistical reports, forecasts, and supporting schedules. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations. Help managing all inter-company billing (spare parts & consumables). Year-end closing duties Ensure that reconciliations are prepared with appropriate backup including all working papers. Assist external auditors with all year-end audit activity as required. Prepare material for review with the Regional Controller. Audit Participate in internal audits, detailing issues and recommendations. Maintain appropriate documentation for audit purposes.

Financial Reporting Maintain standard cost files and associated systems. Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports including cost trends, overtime & maintenance. Ensure inventory cycle counts are performed to verify the physical balance, and costs for inventory items are reflected on an appropriate basis. Track capital projects’ expenditures on a monthly and quarterly basis. Help preparing monthly inventory trends analysis, coordinating with plant controllers.  Other requirements Good command of both oral and written local language and English are required.Good command of both oral and written additional language is beneficial. Internal contacts Finance departments: Accounts Payable, Cash Receipts, Accounting&Reporting,Manager of Financial Reporting,Controller,Plant  Managers,Purchasing,Internal Auditors. External contacts External Auditors. Education University (Bachelor’s Degree) or equivalent in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Experience 2 to 4 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge and skills Familiarity with financial systems, policies, and procedures.Good communication and organizational skills.Good IT skills with computer spreadsheets, software and automated accounting systems.
