Education

(degree / diploma) • Bachelor degree or above in chemical related major.                                           

本科以上学历；化学及相关专业        

Experience

(number of years) • Minimum 5 years of QC experience in chemical or rubber manufacturing industry                               有在化学或橡胶制造行业最低5年QC管理经验

Knowledge and skills (general, technical and soft skills) • Strong operating knowledge of all laboratory equipment and test procedures, as well as processing equipment and manufacturing process.                                                                     对所有实验室设备和测试程序以及加工设备和制造过程具有较强的操作知识。

• Excellent operating, troubleshooting skills for laboratory instruments are required.

对实验室仪器具有良好的操作和故障排除技能。

• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and train other personnel in quality related topics

良好的沟通技巧，能有效地教育和培训其他人员有关质量相关的主题。      

• Have good psychological quality and ability to deal with emergencies, and have the ability to analyse and deal with problems independently
