2. Key position （Finance）to be crossed trained in Omya prior to KKS assignment
3. Bilingual for key appointment is compulsory
4. Team player and hardworkers
5. Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant MNC exposures
6. University Graduate
7. Ability to be develop and cross-transfer to Omya in future
8. Ability to engage relevant local authorities
9. PPT and Excel skills is compulsory
10. Ability to communicate/ report to both KKS/Omya stakeholders
11. Key Management position to be base in Chengdu with weekly regular commuting to Shimian (Finance), as in Shimian, it’s too costly and not viable option.
